The Harbourside Motel has several patio areas where you can enjoy watching the hustle and bustle of Little Tub Harbour. Enjoy a picnic under our shade trees or soak up the sun as you lounge in one of the motel's many wooden chairs. At Wireless Bay Cottages we have seven waterfront cottages with a variety of amenities including swimming access, BBQs and campfire circles. We also offer eight off-site cottages. Guests who are not staying in a waterfront cottage are welcome to share the private dock, beach area and wonderful views. This is one of the best vantage points in Tobermory to catch a beautiful sunset.

Harbourside Motel & Wireless Bay Cottages are a mix of 36 rooms and 16 cottages. Their biggest challenge was keeping up with just one front desk agent as they were overwhelmed by phone constantly ringing off the hook.
With implementing Akia and utilizing the integration with WebRezPro, the property automated pre-arrival processes and communication. Akia automatically pulls guest information from WebRezPro and pushes out specific room/unit details, reservation confirmation, and reminders.
Setting up reservation confirmations and reminders helped Harbourside Motel & Wireless Bay Cottages save time and focus on better guest communication. As a result, they started to have fewer no-shows.
